UNDER 25 YOUTH FUND
At Pangdemonium, we believed in the transformative power of live theatre and the importance of nurturing the next generation of audiences. The Under 25 Youth Fund was created to make theatre more accessible to young people aged 25 and below, ensuring that cost was never a barrier to experiencing live performance. Through the fund, eligible youths could purchase tickets for just $25, made possible through the generous support of our foundation partners.
In 2025, the generosity of the Shaw Foundation and BinjaiTree Foundation enabled 534 young people experience Singapore, Michigan and Kimberly Akimbo – some of whom were seeing live theatre for the very first time.
In our final year, we received the support of the Shaw Foundation, Chew How Teck Foundation and BinjaiTree Foundation. Together, they helped 968 young people attend Force Majeure, A Mirror and Come From Away.
These were more than subsidised tickets. They were opportunities for young people to encounter new stories, perspectives and ideas, and to discover the joy of live theatre.
As Pangdemonium brought its journey to a close, we were proud of the role the Under 25 Youth Fund played in welcoming new audiences and creating meaningful encounters with theatre. We are deeply grateful to the foundations whose support made these experiences possible, and to young person who walked through our doors.
