WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY
Pangdemonium Theatre Company Ltd. is committed to achieving the highest standards of honesty, ethical and legal conduct, and accountability. We seek to develop an open and transparent culture that forms the bedrock of strong corporate governance.
In line with this commitment, the Whistleblowing Policy has been established to ensure that any employee and external party can raise concerns regarding malpractice, statutory non-compliance, illegal acts, or any other wrongdoing, with the assurance that they will be protected from reprisals or victimisation.

The email should be titled “Strictly Private and Confidential. To be opened by Addressee Only.”
All reports of incidents, including information or evidence provided on matters relating to whistleblowing, will be handled discreetly and thoroughly through a fair investigation.
This will be administered and assessed by the Board and the Management team, who will protect complainants from reprisals and take corrective action when necessary.
